Gianni Tarabini is the executive chef of the agriturismo La Fiorida in Valtellina. Born and raised in this land, he developed his passion for cooking in his family’s hotel, where he began to shape his own gastronomic identity.

With his restaurant La Présef, he has elevated the culinary tradition of Valtellina to a level of excellence recognized internationally, earning both a Michelin Star and a Green Star.

His philosophy is rooted in a deep connection with nature and in the use of local ingredients, which he transforms with creativity and respect to tell the story of Valtellina through each dish. Hunting and a love for the mountains complete a personal and professional journey that binds him indissolubly to the land where he was born.
