At only 19, he is one of the youngest chefs in the Marche region, graduated from the Hotel School of Piobbico and with a passion for cooking that has conquered him since he was a child.
One of his first achievements was the award of the competition Bosco in Tavola, with a dish that exalted the typical products of his territory.
We do not know what the future holds, but surely this job can give him many other satisfactions, such as working around the world to explore new dishes.
